I have been in 27 Dulwich Village for almost thirty years now and our lease has come to an end. Naturally I wanted to stay in the Village and with the cooperation of The Dulwich Estate I am moving to 33 Dulwich Village three doors away.
This is a very exciting time for me as I will be moving the office to larger premises which will be far more suitable for the business.
The office space will be on one level with the addition of a large meeting room at the back.
I have been working with Tim Crum, the Architect, of Fine Architecture to create an office that is not only technologically up to date but also reflects the history and the ethos of the company as well as our very traditional values.
We’ll also have a very nice storage and staff area on the basement level with excellent new facilities for visitors.
We are even going to have a small garden, which will be for the first time since my father was in Ebury Street. Not that we’ll have time to enjoy it of course!
I hope to be able to extend our opening hours and to expand our lettings and management business in the new premises.
With the current timescale it looks like we’ll be moving in the early part of 2019 and I will keep our website updated with developments.
